Cleanings:

Area Rug Cleaner Westchester makes every effort to provide careful, professional, and dependable cleaning services. While our team works hard to improve the appearance and freshness of rugs, runners, carpets, upholstery, furniture, mattresses, window treatments, leather items, and other interior surfaces, we cannot guarantee that every stain, spot, odor, spill, discoloration, or pre-existing mark will be removed completely.

Some stains may become permanent due to age, material type, dye reaction, previous cleaning attempts, neglect, sun exposure, pet accidents, moisture damage, or lack of regular maintenance. Our technicians will use suitable cleaning methods based on the item’s condition, but results may vary.

If you are not satisfied with the completed cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the original service date. When appropriate, we may re-clean the affected area or item at no additional charge. Any new service request, additional item, or unrelated cleaning need will be charged separately, even if requested within the same 24-hour period.

No refunds are provided for completed cleaning services.

Repairs:

Before any repair service begins, our technician will explain the recommended work, expected process, and service details. Full payment may be required before repair work starts.

Some repair services involve delicate materials, worn fibers, weak backing, aged fringe, color variation, or previous damage. If a customer requests a repair or service that our team advises against, and the customer still chooses to proceed, Area Rug Cleaner Westchester is not responsible for unexpected results or further damage related to that decision.

All sales, installations, custom orders, rug pads, carpets, window coverings, and related products are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. Because many items are custom ordered, measured, cut, prepared, or requested specifically for the customer, orders cannot usually be canceled once processing has begun.
